Professional Cleaners

I saw ccamp200's note and have to second it. I have worked with Dennis at Professional Cleaners for 15 years. He is the consummate gentleman, his team is amazing, and the service is spectacular. I would suggest to those who have had a less than perfect experience to talk to Dennis, define your issue, and allow him the chance to rectify it, prior to providing premature negative feedback. I came online to get the number for my trusted cleaner and was really disappointed to see some of the reviews that had been posted from one time customers. I have been bringing my dry cleaning and alterations to Professional Dry Cleaners for many years and they are the most friendly and accomodating people I deal with. Dennis, the owner is highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about all things clothing and I call him for advice on suit manufacturers, tailors, etc - why I am calling him today. He is also extremely personable - knows all three of my children personally and they love him.



So, I figured that, rather than hear a review from a one time customer who had a negative experience, readers would benefit more in hearing from a customer who has been pleased to do business with Professional Cleaners for more than 10 years and will do so for at least 10 more. I have never had a bad experience with this outfit and deal with them at least once a week - some times more. They do quality work and are great people.

Not very friendly, charge 4.90 to clean a tie.

and asked the lady to say again, the price.

She responded, " I just told you"



If that is customer service, this is the place for you.

I had a horrid experience at this supposed Professional cleaners. He over charged me for my items then I never recieved both pants that I paid for and then on another occassion he misplaced my pants that he had for 2 weeks and then had the nerve to yell at me when I came to retrieve them. And then he came out of the store while I was talking to another person shouting at me to get off of his property berating me and stepping on my foot. This owner is horrible. I would not recomend you doing business with anyone that would speak to anyone in such an Unprofessional manner. HORRIBLE.

I called in to get a "while you wait emergency press job on a lady's pants suit"( I had an interview later that morning and first impressions are everything) They said they could do that for me. I came right on over to the store within 10 mins and they had me out of there in less than 8 mins!!! They are the GREATEST. Thanks so much!!!
