I love getting an eyebrow wax done here. They are the best! Some front desk employees and especially Susan need better customer service. Very rude.

I treated myself to a massage here for my birthday a few years back. It was worth every penny. I like the convenient location and the vibe inside of the spa. The products smell and feel excellent. If and when I'm in the area I'll go back.

DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS SALON!!! I was mother of the bride and requested a formal hair style with large curls, lots of height and volume and I wanted the style to hold through out the day. Was charged 65.00 plus gratuity for a SHAMPOO AND BLOW DRY!!! not one curl... flat on the top and sides and was told Candy was their "Big Hair" stylist. Oh wow this salon is a bit out of date and she had no idea how to style my long thick heavy hair and that was obvious. My day was ruined and my hair an hour later looked as though It had an overspray of an oily product. Bangs were stuck to my forehead and there was not one curl in my head when she finished. When I replied that I expected more curl she just looked at me........ wish I had of done it myself! This is the WORST salon I have EVER been into, no professionalism and when I tried to resolve the issue Jenean could not decide what could be done so she just said my hair was professionally done and offered no solution. The owner, Beata Neter is out of the country and could not be reached. Safe yourself from my biggest mistake don't waste your money or ruin your special occasion. This place should be out of business very soon.

Do not go here!!!! Overpriced and under trained in hair. We booked for a wedding and only 1 person really liked their hair. Stay away and don't go to someone on such a special day if you don't know them. They will let you come in on an earlier day and do a pre hair appt. if you want to pay another $50. Not worth the money!!!!

Where to begin? Great staff, awesome massage, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. I have been to many spas before and paid much more for them but few compare to this place. They make sure to take care of the basics from the moment you walk in. The beautiful relaxation room with flowing water fountain, gentle music, and a wide variety of free herbal teas are the first to greet you. The whole experience is great and they even have a salon where their experienced stylists take care of exactly what you want.
