The repairs that were needed and why were explained in detail and they were to happy to answer all my questions. The estimate was explained as well and they stayed within the estimate, with the final charge a little under the estimate amount. The repair was done quickly and they notified me promptly that the car was ready. The repair fixed the symptoms and the brakes are working well.
