Subway

DON'T EAT HERE! When I opened my sandwich, the bread was like eating a crouton! I took the sandwich back to the store and gave it to the young man at the window and he agreed the sandwich was sub-par. When I asked him to give me my credit and a free sandwich for another time, he said he could not do that. I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that there was not a manager on site. I asked him to get the manager on the phone. He made several attempts to reach a "manager" then he finally got a call back. I spoke to the manager on the phone and was told there was nothing she WOULD do but give my money back. I was told they would not help me. I asked for my money back. No sandwich, no free sandwich to make up for the time I had to travel to the store from my home to give back the sandwich. Worst customer service ever! I will never go to this store again!! BAD!! Avoid this store at all cost and go to the Subway in the Walmart, just one exit away from this pathetic, useless store!

I hate this Subway - the three times that I have came here the workers are just RUDE!! Never again. Lesson learned.
