Love love love!! Very clean with a warm and fuzzy environmental. I use Linda fur my dog who has grooming anxiety!! She sppesks to him gently and treats him with the same tlc that I do. On a 1-10 scale they get an 11':)

My dogs cut was eveything I wanted and more..they even brushed his teeth..they the best in town.

Terrible Experience! They cut my dog's mammary gland off completely and I wasn't told about the incident at all! I had to find out about it in the car when I when to to pick up my dog and she squirmed! They had cut my dog one other time before but it wasn't a big cut. I figured mistakes happen and I didn't make a big stink about it. I let it go that one time, but this time the cut was more profound and they had completely cut off her mammary gland! The worse part, They didn't even tell me about it at the time I picked up my baby. I got there and asked how my dog had been and they said she was good but that she had been a little nervous! Failed to mention the incident. Of course she would be nervous, considering we had a less then perfect experience the time before. I'm all for second chances cause I understand mistakes happen but the simple fact that they didn't even tell me about the incident was un acceptable. When I got home and saw her cut I was furious that they had tried to be sneaky and not tell me about this incident as if I wouldn't find out. I called and the owner of this establishment and she said that they "Forgot" to tell me. She said the reason my dog had been cut was because she was too nervous. This was no small cut. My dog no longer has a mammary gland!! Shows complete lack of care. I trusted this place with my dog and will never do so again. I took my baby to the vet of course to make sure she'd be ok. The owner was unapologetic, saying that the fact that my dog was cut wasn't a mistake on their behalf, that the only mistake was that they didn't tell me about the incident when I picked up my dog!!!! I was horrified. Besides being reluctant to pick up the vet bill, (which she said I should be grateful she was even doing because another groomer probably wouldn't have done the same!!!) she asked that I never bring my dog back to this place (Like I would want to anyway!) I was appalled! Very unprofessional and the lack of compassion is beyond words. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer in my life, and I deff do not recommend.

We. had just moved to the Pawtucket RI area and was looking for a local groomer for our 8yo Shihzsu(Misspelled...YP thinks the correct spelling is a profanity). The price was great! Abby looked great when I pocked her up an we will definately be back!
