How much u change eyeglasses I have promin on my eyeglasses

Sounds like a different optical. EVERYTHING went well AND they were the best prices glasses

I had ever payed for. Amazing people and amazing owners. They would never do such a thing

at march 24. me and my son went to the this shop.. we put order for two eyeglasess!one for sport sand one for daily use glasses.. salesman told me at least 3 day , eyeglasess will be ready and they will call for it ..



3 days passed, week passed even 2 weeks passed nobody called us ! and i call them, they told me , orders are not ready so we wait untill the 3 . week finised.. and i went back to store.. suddenly salesman come up with sport glasess and told me other one went to under examination or something so when it's ready they call .



. we took sport glasses and went back home , when we go home my son realize , there's a huge gap between frame and lenses.. lenses are obviously sticking out from the lenses ! i took it back to the store.. guy who is sold me those glases have no idea , what is he selling ! he told me lenses are thick for the frame , thats why lenses dosen't fit the frame.. so they decided the give us eyeglasess in this condition ! if i dont' take them back they we're ok with this !



salesman told me ok let's order new thinner lenses for frame ! and after he made me pay for the old lenses , he want me the pay for the new one's .. which is he wan;t me the pay for his fault !

i refuese it ! so there's nothing to do he accept to make it free ! by the way while in the store , when they we're trying to remove the lenses from the frame , they scratch the frame all over !

of course i'didn't accept it ! i alredy paid more than 200 $ for this frame why i'm getting scratched frames?



i wan't them to replace it with new one .. and salesman told me it'll take more than 3 weeks to complete lensess and frame..

i said no problem , we'll wait.. by the time we still didn't have the reguler glasses either !



after 2 weeks waiting my husband decided the call the store .. the said to him both of the glasses are ready .. which is a surprise to me cause they we're saying it'll take more than 3 weeks ! i called the store too , for just want to make sure .. cause salesman told me even the frame will be come in 3 weeks ..other glasses are stayed there for examination more than month , i wasn't trusting this peoples ! lady on the phone , was so bored to talking to my husband and me her voice was kind a bored and yelling ! so i hang the phone on her .i paid in total 500 $ for both of the glasses and the service i'm getting was beyond the terrible but it's not done yet !

same day i went to the store and they bring me the both of the glasses ! regular glasses was ok , there was nothing wrong with it .. but the sport glasses we're not renewed ! they we're same exact pair frame ! even the stracthes on frame are the same !! they we're trying to giving me old glasses as new one ! i realized ,they are trying to scamming !!!



i told the lady behind the desk , those are the old ones ! call your manager or i'will take it to the legal level !

she went back to the owner's room to explain.. at this time i called my husband to tell him what's happening . when i talkin on the phone to my husband this crazy owner woman came out from her office with full mouth of curse !



she didn't ask what happened , why i am there .. she was cursing, and walking on me .. her attitude was not like owner more like street woman ! or truck driver !



when i told her it's not acceptable , i'll call the police .. her husband came out nowhere and told me i'm the cop tell me ! or get the ...ing out of here ..

they know what is wrong with the glasses they don't want to replace glasses or refund my money .. that is how they are solving their issues ..



if you're woman and going there alone don't .. those two people can try to intimidate you by harassing you.. so you don't ask for your rights !!



now i took to the court! this problem only can solve in court .. cause it is not possible talk with this scammers !!



they not refunding money ..and they are making you sick and tired !
