Overall

Wish I would have read the reviews, would have saved me a lot of money and time. 2 months and still the same problem. This is one rude man very poor business person treats his costumers disrespectfully. Would recommend everyone to go somewhere else..

Outstanding service

Not sure about others experience but mine have been nothing but positive with UCA. When I had my first vehicle I brought it in to have the engine compartment wired for my stereo. It was done cleanly and had no issues. When I got my next vehicle I decided to take it up a notch and replace everything and do something a bit more involved. I told the owner Keven I was on a time crunch and he had my truck back in no time. The pride and detail that was put into the work was outstanding. Someone who will verify each individual speakers voltage output to verify each speaker is not working any harder than the next. This work and attention to detail makes this Chief Nuclear Electronics Technician in the US Navy very happy. It's a small mom and pop shop and people should expect nothing but that home town feeling. This place has been opened for over a decade and I have been a loyal customer and even though I am currently stationed in TN any time I need a tune up or a change. I make sure when I'm home I hit him up for questions, product or installations.

I definitely would not recomme...

I definitely would not recommend going to ultimate car audio. I’ll never do business with this shop again. This stereo shop does not take pride in their work, the quality of the work is very poor, and they will not repair the work they do. And the owner is the worst I’ve ever experienced. This guy needs classes in customer service and how to talk to customers not happy with his service. The owner was in total fault in every aspect of doing business with him, but goes off on me and gets threatening with me when I raise some questions / issues with his installation. I was shocked the way he went off on me and the person needs serious anger management classes. I bring my truck into his shop to have a new stereo I bought from him installed. I told him I have 20 year old speakers and very concern about them and to please check them. I was willing to pay for new speakers and have them installed with stereo if they were needed. I left the car with him all day so had plenty of time to do this job. He calls me at end of day saying car is done. When I arrive he said your back speakers are blown so I disconnected them and just using your front speakers. I used the stereo for only a month and it stopped working and flashed on stereo “Protected” after spending a lot of money on stereo and install. I look up the error in manual and pointed to the speakers as the problem. So I call this guy back up and explained what happened and made another reservation to bring car in to diagnose the issue. I drive truck to work and when I got off at 11am took truck into shop. I explained to him what I wrote above, and that is all it took to set this guy off. And every explanation he gave me made no sense at all. And told me the day of my reservation he is the only one working that day and already had cars he was working on so wouldn’t be able to look at truck. Never bothered to call me to tell me, and didn’t feel bad he didn’t honor my reservation made in advance. And after going off on me and not honoring my reservation he asked me if I wanted to book again next Friday. I said no and walked out. Decided to buy the speakers at Walmart much cheaper than he wanted for his and do the install myself because it’s not rocket science. I looked at the speakers when I got home that day and it was obvious to me they needed replacing and got toast in the sun over the 20 years. This guy was too stupid to know they needed replacing after being warned and looking for himself.

I deffinetly would not reccommed going to ultimate car audio. This stero shop does not take pride in their work, the quality of the work is very poor, and they will not repair the work they do. Over priced labor, and product. A waste of time and money.
