Pizza Hut

I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog and I was harassed by the franchise owner when I legally brought my service dog into his FILTHY restaurant.

He knowingly and willfully broke federal ADA/Service Animal law and harassed me to the point where my medical condition flared up and I needed medical assistance. This was AFTER I had order my pizza.

After enduring harassment and abuse from him, I demanded a refund for my order and he refused to give me my money back.

He then called the cops on me and continually harassed and berated me while I was in need of medical attention, despite the fact that he knowingly and willfully broke federal laws. I even have paperwork from the Department of Justice that states that he broke laws when he challenged me after I had already told him my dog was a service dog, harassed me because I legally brought my service dog into his filthy restaurant, and then continued to harass and berate me while I was in need of medical attention. He also refused to give me a refund and when the ambulance finally got there, he sent me on the ambulance with a half cooked, inedible pizza. I have photos of the pizza when I got to the emergency room and had calmed down.

Once I was starting to feel better from the flare of my condition, I no longer had an appetite, but that didn't really matter because of the half-cooked, inedible pizza that jackass sent me with on the ambulance.

He is easily the most uncaring, hateful, dishonest person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He has the most severe case of god complex and arrogance I have ever seen.

I would advise to avoid this filthy restaurant with such an uncaring owner and staff.



I can understand that he wouldn't know that I was a disabled veteran because I'm sure he didn't look at the license plates (disabled veteran plates) on my truck and I wasn't wearing anything loudly displaying that I am a disabled veteran.

What I can't understand is how a franchise owner would be so stupid or uncaring as to not know the laws governing a business, or to just knowingly and willfully and uncaringly break these laws and try to harm a disabled person the way he did me. Especially since my Dog's vest had quite boldly written on it "SERVICE DOG."

This is a vile, disgusting business run by someone who clearly wishes that he was Hitler or Stalin. I truly feel sorry for his children to have to be related to such a monster.

The DOJ fined this scumbag and made him seek service dog training for his employees and not himself, the guilty party who knowingly and willfully violated federal ADA/Service Dog laws and tried to kill me by causing my condition to flair up.

One word AMAZING, not just the food but the service also!
