really great experience from larrys tv. had problem with mitsibisi defect part i didnt even know about and customer service walked me right through getting expensive repair paid under warranty. paid only half labor mits paid part,diagnostic and HALF LABOR!!,,,would have been happy paying all labor...but customer service at larrys got it done. in and out in 3 days..very friendly techs A+A+A+ service : ))

Outstanding customer service from larrys tv regaurding Mitsibishi defect repair. Front guy explained the whole sitiuation and process to get Mits involved so they would take care of the defect repair under warranty.Tech was fast in home finished in 3 days: )))

Ripped me off for $386.00 labor for 30 minutes of work then when I question mitch about the labor he told me I should be happy mitsubishi paid for the parts! Never again if tv breaks its going in trash and I will buy new one..

EXCELLENT service, Kept in contact with me to let me know when the part would arrive, then called me within a 15-30 min. window to let me know they were on thier way. Fixed the problem and was very professional.Would use them again if any problem would arise.
