I am so disappointed. After years of stellar service, it has noticeably fallen off in recent years. Errors in filings, very prolonged response times to return calls or respond to IRS letters, very, very slow to review and return tax files and records, and really surprising --a big shift in his usual jovial but professional demeanor. I sure hope this is a temporary lapse, but I am getting very concerned.
