Kensinger Group Inc was established in 2002. It is in the business of helping other businesses in product development, business development, problem solving and quality improvement. We also help US companies that are interested in improving sales in China and Taiwan, and Chinese or Taiwanese companies that would like to expand businesses in the US. We specialize in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives and related industries such as Labels, Tapes, Release, Coating, Converting, printing, pilot scale up and instruments for testing PSA performance and instruments for sample preparation. When with Avery Dennison, he worked at corporate R&D as well as three operating divisions in making polymers, label materials and converted labels. In addition to his technical assignments, Dr. Lin led a new business development program that worked with US coporations in new product development as well as assisted in setting up Avery Dennision's operation in China. viscoelasticity and surface properties. As a result, very fast PSA product development became possible. His methods reduce time-to-market dramatically. As an industry expert, Dr. Lin consulted for large and small companies in both the US and Asia. There are several US and international patents credited to his effort.
