        Overall

        I would give ZERO stars if I could.

        They would not honor a $100 gift certificate that I bought for my wife, because "it wasn't in their computer." My wife HAS the physical gift certificate that I bought there in person.

        No effort to remedy the situation, just told her "Sorry! Happy New Year!"
