        Overall

        James Podgorny is a monster. He was my attorney in 2005-06. He relies on his co-workers for information to give to his clients, and has a very low standard of ethics in regard to serving his clients. He has low activity and is "lost" in court. Believe me, choose someone else for such a sensitive situation as your divorce. You do not need to deal with him along with your struggles. Find someone who will be reassuring to you; and your family. Otherwise, you will have to manage him as well. I would not have even given one star, but this review requires it. Honestly, make another choice.
