Hypnotherapy by Alba Alamillo

I had a session today and was great! Alba new exactly how to work with the problem that I was struggle with and after the session I felt relived and in peace and joy.

I started smoking when I was 17. Now I’m 40. At first I only smoked a few cigarettes a day, but then I started to increase the amount to 15 cigarettes per day.

I tried to stop smoking several times because I know it’s bad for my health. I went to different trainings, I took medication but I couldn’t quit until I went with Alba. After 6 sessions of hipnosis and different techniques that she taught me I was able to quit.

At first it was difficult but as the sessions progressed I felt more confident and convinced that I had to quit.

I am very happy now because every time that I think of a cigarette, I use the techniques Alba gave me and I can calm down the anxiety right away. I feel very proud of myself. Now I am an ex smoker and I’m very happy to be one.

Need to share this with everyone. I wanted to lose weight and I wasn't too sure about hypnosis. I was not sure if hypnosis would help but I was willing to give it a try because I was desperate to lose weight. My friends friend told me about Alba and how much she's helped her. So I decided to give it a try.



I was greatly surprised to realize that right away I could focus on my weight lose goal like never before. But more importantly I got rid of the negative feelings that I was carrying on my shoulders and that I was not even aware of.



Those were negative feelings about my childhood and those feelings were affecting my eating habits because I was using food as an escape mechanism to "heal" that sadness that I had in me and that I wasn't even aware of.



Now I feel so happy and proud of myself for allowing myself to receive help from the right person who really enjoys what she does. She is passionate, caring and funny. Its a real treat being with her.



Ever since the fist appointment I felt very confortable and relaxed with Alba and I had immediate results.



I encourage all my friends to allow themselves to be helped like I did. but I also would reccomend some commitment from your part., this is no miracle, the miracle is when you do your part and make the decision to change and the other part is allowing the hypnotherapist to do her work.



I find that $85 dlls an hour is incredibly cheap for the results I received. And it only took a few sessions, Isn't happines worth it?

I’m writing in praise of Alba Alamillo, truly the real “hip hypnotist.” My teenage son asked to see her, and not only did he love the results, but he also found her to be very professional – keeping to the issues he wanted to work on, and staying focused on his goals.







In seeing his results, I decided to see Alba myself. I was very stressed from work, and it was affecting my health.







After only 1 session, I can hardly believe the results! Nothing on the outside has changed – my work goes on as usual, however, I feel calm, my tension and pain is gone, I handle my work more efficienctly, and I just don’t experience any stress the way I did before. It almost seems like a miracle.







Furthermore, I witnessed a colleague, who was very stressed, and after 1 session with Alba, there was a noticeable difference. I wasn’t the only one who noticed, either. The colleague and several mutual friends all noticed the difference!
