I have never paid so much money to receive such poor service. The woman that attended me claimed she had been working on hair for 15 years. She had no idea what to do with my hair, could not flat iron properly, and didn't understand the difference between shine serum and actual oil (for dry hair). After the botched relaxer, she gave me a trim on my split ends that cost $50. I was so embarrassed to leave looking like a fuzz ball. She blamed her poor results on the quality of my hair. Completely unprofessional. After returning home, I had to redo my own hair. I'm not a professional, obviously, and it looked a million times better. Terrible experience, overpriced. DO NOT GO.
