Staff was not friendly to me . Asked a the staff a question and got a cold a matter of fact response.
Very disappointed.

Clothes are somewhat dingy and old, staff not customer service oriented at all. Very rude. Won't go back.

Don't expect anything if selling new w/tags or gently used DVF, BCBGmaxazria, Tibi, Milly, Tory Burch, Theory, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Versace, D&G, etc. They give pennies on the dollar, don't disclose how much you get per item on the receipt, and they don't know premier designer brands to be able to price them accurately in the first place to ensure that you get the correct value. Worst of all, employees price items inaccurately low to buy and resell on Ebay for 10x or more than what you received for them. Overall, shady, dishonest, and not recommended for selling.
