Fantastic Sams

Absolutely love Lauren, always gets it right. I am sure the other as well as they are always busy (good sigh eh?) Wow...do not even understand the other reviews. Bad day I guess. However, I have always had exceptional service and nothing but politness. I have never made an appointment and I have had to wait, but duh...I didn't make an appointment so I expected to wait. I never wait long and they have coffee, tv and magazines..so all is well in my world at FS in Town center. Keep up the good work!

Apparently not much has changed since the last review. I waited over an hour to get a mediocre haircut. I should have walked out in disgust as two other people did that were in line in front of me. I'll never go back there.

I waited an extremely long time (over an hour) with one other person, and they had plenty of employees able to work. One employee was dying her own hair. They don't acknowledge you. We both ended up walking out. Very poor customer service.
