Starbucks Coffee

I visit many starbucks across the US and in Canada and I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff are friendly and attentive and the drinks always taste good. If there has been an issue (maybe once or twice with a specialty drink) they've been quick to make it again until I liked the taste! They have even helped me with a drink made at another store that was "gross" and allowed me to come in and they made a fresh one!!! good work starbucks!

Horrid customer service at this Starbucks. And, they burn their coffee. Community complains about the manager and his issues with staff and customers. It is not a secret that he has behavioral issues...No doubt it has impact on quality of coffee, food, and experience. Could be great for community - too bad its screwed up by one manager who destroys everything.
