Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, very hair helpful....I would recommend this salon to any person.

My cousin and I both got a haircut here today. We both had half hour slots reserved. I went first, Tracy was my hairstylist. She started by shampooing my hair, but she was complaining to a coworker about how her last client didn't give her a tip while she was washing my hair. Then she took me to the chair, but her cell phone started ringing. She took a call in the back of the store while I waited with my hair soaking. She came back with no apology and then she had to leave again to get a sunkist orange soda. She finally began to comb my hair, but she was having difficulty. She told me my hair was really snarly and she was unable to use the comb, she was troubled to use a brush because the comb wouldn't work. I told her I wanted a side bang so she haphazardly attempted to chop at my bangs. She then asked me to stand so she could cut my hair while I was standing. At this point she had another phone call and she had me stand and wait while she was on the phone. After her conversation concluded she sat me back down on the chair, again no apology, blow dryed my hair for one minute and told me I was done. She did not inquire if I was pleased with the cut or say anything about how she was pleased with the result. Evidently, I was not pleased with the cut. My bangs hung past my nose and the "trim" is uneven. This cut and wash took 15 mins including the phone calls and soda run. My family has always trusted prime cuts to do a fabulous job and we truly respect Kelly, Charles, and Eileen's work. The receptionist was even phenomenal. When I asked her the price she shyly said it was $20, we could tell that she wanted to charge the advertised $16 but Tracy informed her that "long" hair was $20 and Tracy did not inform any of us that before the cut. This is going to make us caution of returning and I would advise anyone going to make sure their appointment is NOT with Tracy.

I too had kelly do highlights for me but mine turned out just horrible!! she went so fast i thought she knew what she was doing but apparantly not!

Kelly did my highlights and haircut, she is fantastic, she does a super job,
