New ownership. Competitive prices and took me in last minute. Needed to get some work done so I pleaded to squeeze me in. They did so.

I been a very good customer with this place and spent SO MUCH money there. But I aways noticed some little damage in mine or my husband clothes, like brooked button or little stains, I should definitely changed to another place before they completely damage (huge hole ) in my brand new gorgeous Zimmerman dress that I paid $900 and absolutely loved it!! Did they do something to fix it Or get me a new one? No, nothing!! Not even an apologizes. Very unprofessional and desresctfull!!!! the owner wife’s are the most lier person that I ever cross. She told me that my dress was alredy ripped. I only wore it 3 times and I have a picture that I took just few days before clearly perfect and beautiful no damage at all. I wish all the costumers off this “great”and professional place a better lucky 😢

I can not begin to describe my experience with Presige Cleaners. My clothing was returned to me with stains.

I lost over $300.00 worth of clothing. I'm currently filing a civil suit against the company. I received a 3 week run around from them until I was flat out told that my shrinking and discoloration of my clothing was my fault. At one point they admitted that they may have machine washed my dry clean only clothing. Upon picking up my clothing I noticed the discoloration and shrinkage. After 45 minutes of waiting for a manager to talk to me I was assured that the problem would be taken care of with a full refund. Needless to say it was not. Please beware. The service is horrible.
