Overall

Cannot get through to them. Needed an appointment to get a different mask after trying out the first one for 3 nights and having a lot of issues. I called 5 different phone numbers and after giving them the same verification information each time, I was disconnected or put on hold as they transferred me to another department each time. I finally got through and after going through the same dialogue, they said I needed to wait 7 to 10 days to exchange my mask. Very disappointing.
