John, the owner of Appliance Wizard was very courteous on the phone. He arrived ahead of schedule and is very knowledgable. He help me resolve the issue with my dryer. This was the first time I have used him, but I will use his service again and I highly recommend his company.

Well, he came over and gave me a outrageous service fee that was different from what we paid in the end honestly I feel cheated in a way because he was here less then 15 min the work may be good but interpersonal skills are not!!

I can't attest much to Appliance Wizards work with fixing things, but their customer service is down right horrific.

A vehicle with Appliance Wizard was driving recklessly today, honking and speeding down the wrong side of the road in a parkinglot. After almost crashing into me I noticed the phone number and called.

A gentleman picked up the phone polite enough and I asked "Hi, is this the Appliance Wizard" and he replied "Yes it is, how may I help you?" I said "I was just calling to let you know that you have a driver down here in Palm Bay that's being wreckl--" and then I was cut off by the man screaming into the phone "You're calling to complain about driving?!? Why don't you stop being a little b***h!" I calmly tried responding with "I'm not calling to complain I just want you to be awar--" cut off again with "Don't call up here like a little b***h about driving, stop being such a b***h!!!" I again calmly replied "Hey man, if that's how you want to handle it ok, but whoever's driving your vehicle needs to be more careful". Still screaming he retorted "Just stop being such a little b***h" and hung up.

This company may be good at fixing appliances, but if this is how they respond to a simple heads up about illegal driving on a major road and in a parking lot, then you should be warned.

Be careful who you let into your life, and be cautious when choosing who to do business with. Appliance Wizard has proven to be nothing but dangerous drivers with an aggressive, rude and disgusting attitude.

This guy would be OK at best if you were willing to work around 'his' schedule. He doesn't work with your schedule.

Being told "I only work 9-1 and I don't do weekends" makes for a limited clientele.

Appliance Wizard is the go-to place for repair service! I called John this morning about coming to repair my Whirlpool clothes dryer. He came within two hours, showed me what the problem was, and repaired it - all within 30 minutes. John is professional, straight to the point, and gets the job done!

John has been doing our appliance repairs since we moved here in 2003. We think he's terrific. He doesn't "add on" little incidentals and tells you like it is if he doesn't think it's worth fixing. We recommend.
