        Overall

        My office is on a main thoroughfare, almost every day our mailbox door is not completely closed when the mail is delivered, now that the snow is here and the plows are running, we have to search for our mail either on the ground or soaking wet in the mail box. All I am asking for is for the mailman to close the door properly, not asking for much but this hapopens all the time.

        My HOUSE ADDRESS IS 149 SANDSTONE 40077, AND I AM VERY CURIOUS AS TO WHY MY MAIL, (AND, I DO LIKE MY MAILMAN, ED) BUT IT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED UNTIL (USUALLY BETWEEN ) 5:30PM - 6:30PM, SOMETIMES MUCH LATER. WE HAVE HAD IT AFTER 7PM WHEN OUR MAIL ARRIVES,

        TODAY, AS SOMETIMES HAPPENS, WE GET HIS SUBSTITUTE (LIKE TODAY, WE HAD A SUBSTITUTE)

        MY MAIL ARRIVED TODAY AT 2:30PM, AS I STATED BEFORE, I DO LIKE ED, ( I DID EVEN GAVE HIM AN XMAS "TIP") BUT I DOTHINK MY MAIL "SHOULD" ARRIVE AT A MORE REASONABLE TIME OF BETWEEN 2PM- 2:30.

        OR, AT LEAST, SEND HIE SUBSTITUTES MORE OFTEN
