Very rude on the phone. Thinks everyone is going to cheat them. Had warranty work done there and they wouldn't give me back my mower until they got paid from the warranty company they use. They treat their customers like deadbeats.

Worst customer service I have ever received and I never got the chance to be a actual customer. I walked in the door with my craftsman weed-eater and before I could ever ask if they had time to look at it or did I need to drop it off, I was informed that he was not taking anymore weed-eaters that he had to many to work on as it was. I then tried to ask him if he knew who serviced Craftsman products and he quickly informed me he could sell me one of their new weed-eaters for 297.00 dollars starting out. I turned around and walked out.
