Spherion

They do not pay you on time sometime not at all!!!

Spherion is one of the most unethical staffing companies in the KC area. The Department of Labor and the EEOC is investigating them for holding pay and discriminating. A close friend of mine worked at Farmers through them for a very long time. They would not provide paystubs/ timecards because they knew that they were holding several hours per week for many months. It seems the Branch Manager and the higher up managers are all aware that this is a regular practice. I would not recommend them for anyone in search of a job unless someone wants to work for free. It seems like this has been common for about three years now. Is it a problem with management?
