Our Aptive treatment was top notch again this quarter. Our house is a bit hard to find, but our technician persevered and still made it on time. He politely introduced himself, and showed great pride in his work. He adjusted his treatment to account for the weather conditions and completed the work thoroughly and expeditiously. We called Aptive for an "extra" visit re. a wasp problem. Danzel Campbell, the technician, arrived promptly, listened/followed me around as I pointed out the problem areas. He treated the entire outside area and removed several wasp nests. He gave me an update before he left. Very polite and professional.

Julio Hernandez did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to be doing, and how their service was environmentally friendly. He was very friendly and helpful.

Besides that, Aptive was very economical, compared to other local pest control services.

The Aptive man who came to my house was super. He went around the entire house, including my deck, and took care of several wasp nests up high. Then he volunteered to come in and treat the basement if I wanted him to. I agreed and he treated the entire basement. He was courteous, affable, and very professional. His name was Monty and he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with their service.
