        Not Very Helpful In A Blizzard

        Stopped at this Arby's when we couldn't see the road. It was 8:30 pm on 3/24/13 and we decided we could see about plugging in a couple devices while eating there. The outlet was available on one side of the restaurant, but it was blocked off with chairs. They said they had free wifi but we couldn't go over by the outlets. We were the ONLY people there. It was a blizzard!!!! No common decency for people in a bad situation needing to plug in and rest for about 20 minutes. Thanks, Arby's. not a fan anyway and really not a fan now. A little training in customer service would go a long way. You should check out Give 'Em the Pickle video on customer service. We spent about $20 there and I totally regret it.
