Regal Ormond Beach Cinema 12

I thought the reviews were for the movie not the theater. Also have come here since it's been here, never had a problem.

Bought tickets online, intending on arriving a tad (15 minutes) late. Staff had locked the doors, and wouldn't open the door so I could tell them I had already purchased tickets. They watched me attempt to open six (all) doors without doing anything. Online merchant FANDANGO refuses to refund the tickets to the show which I was refused admission to by the theater. Theater refuses to refund because they didn't sell me ticket. Long story short I don't get anything for my money. Not a happy camper (can't say customer because I didn't buy anything).

The most terrible movie experience I have ever had. We went to this theater expecting better. The lobby was nice and well put together but the theater we were in was cold, dreary and smelled like urine.

I had to put at least one start but if i could i wouldn't put any. My story goes like this; My family and i don't drink soda and normally we just order the biggest cup they have to drink fountain water and ice. Well the very rude attendants that work there charged us full price instead of a discount price like other places. I don't recommend that anyone return there. The place is dirty, the people are extremely rude, and its very expansive. I mean if you are going to charge as much as you do for everything the least you can do is make the place and people nicer. Very rude and dirty place. Be careful this place is a rip off.

We have attended movies at this theater for several years, actually since it was built,and enjoyed 90 % of the movies. We also have found the service to be very good in all areas. The food is excellent and it matches the service.The management is really on the ball
