        Very bad personal experience, dealing with a negative attitude by Kim. She needs to learn to have patience and compassion for owners which she exhibits none. It makes me wonderhow the dogs are treated?

        This is the BEST PLACE to take...

        This is the BEST PLACE to take your loving pet for great grooming and reasonable price. The service was wonderful and caring. Roxy looked absolutely gorgeous when I picked her up. I have been to 3 groomers in the area and I will now be a lifelong client of this establishment

        Grooming with Attitude

        The staff was anything but pleasant. Very critical of the condition of animals needs. Uncooperative with the clients requests and only agreed to groom THEIR way. The customer's wants were not an option. My animal was shaved and was unrecognizable. Also, my pet had several nicks & bloody areas from being cut which led to needing ointment to heal areas. Some young staff with attitude & wye rolling during consultation. I will not be returning.

        More than likely the dog was very matted and we would have explained that dematting or combing it out would be painful and therefore inhumane. We also would have offered you the option to take the dog somewhere else if you objected to our suggestion. Our goal is to give each animal the best experience it can have. And NEVER would we just do a shave down without the customer knowing in advance. We do try to please each of our customers but not at the expense of the animal. Remember- Humanity before Vanity
