        Overall
        Westgate is a scam!

        My yearly maintiance fees are skyrocketing...more than 60% higher in just 4 years. Unaffordable anymore.



        The management company sucks out tremndous profits and they promise you a "red" week that is second to none. Then you find out you cant use that crummy week without a "700" additional fee.



        You cant vote on the budget unless you fly down to florida for their meeting. And they change "RULES" like a dictatorship.
