Wendy's

I wish I could give this place NO stars but that's not an option, lucky for them. The only reason my family and I have gone to this Wendy's numerous times is because it is the closest one to us and the closest fast food to us. EVERY SINGLE time we go, we expect nothing short of disappointment. Everyone who works there always seems like it's their first day. Every time. No one knows what's on the menu, how to take an order ... much less how to make a sandwich. I would be amazed if I ever got out of there without having to ask for something again (like today, they gave me my food and said thank you ... but I had to say "you never gave me my drink." and they looked confused and made me one). SLOW SERVICE. BAD SERVICE. DIRTY DIRTY DINING ROOM. It's ridiculous how it has NOT changed at all for months and months.

Not giving any stars, will never go there again, everytime I have went there I got upset. Poor service and very slow, won't go to the drive in window again but inside isn't better. Went there three times and that was it. Lunch hour, one register is open, lots of people waiting, waited a half hour for that new BBQ cheeseburger in the bag. Something told me to check it as I was waiting I saw at least five people that were eating there go back to the counter with a wrong order. Manager was just as confused as the employees working there. I was gonea go back but I said this isn't the first time this has happened. Everyone there should be fired, and I wasnt the only customer complaining about the place.
