U-Save Car & Truck Rental Orlando

DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever to rent a vehicle. I made a reservation through Orbitz to rent a vehicle with this company, I checked their rules and regulations in regards to renting a vehicle and they clearly stated there will be a charge of $100.00 deposit fee to my credit card, but when I arrived to the company to pick up the vehicle the manager stated they will charge me a $200 deposit fee, so I brought to his attention of what they advertise in Orbitz, so the male manager stated he will only charge me the $100 deposit fee as advertised, he gave me a receipt with the total amount of my rental and the deposit fee, but later when I check my account I see they made a transaction of $100 extra. I called the company asking for an explanation and they could not give me one clear enough. I was not able to get the extra charge back into my account until the charged cleared. They made a transaction without my consent. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE HERE.................

I am surprised that this company is still in business. They have the very worst customer service. They have employees on the front desk with big attitude for no reason.

Yes it could be cheaper but with the cars they have and that customer service it is no worth to save $3 dollars. Cheap company , horrible service!!!! Hated it!

I had issues with the rental and everybody- front desk person, the manager and even the so called "corporate office" s representative were horrible. No help at all. They use you as a ping pong ball blaming each other for their mistakes. Irresponsible,bad attitude, worst customer services , bad cars,,, what else could they have wrong!?
