Unfortunately I am not a fan of this company. Booked my evacuation hotel through them as Hurricane Matthew was bearing down on us. Called the hotel to verify the reservation and NO RESERVATION with no occupancy to be had. Lionel the "supervisor" taking my call from the Philippians did nothing to help...said we were out of luck! I will think twice or double check before I use a no-name company again.
