I really like living here! The amenities and social experience are unmatched, plus I was fortunate enough to find some awesome roommates. Freshman year couldn't have gotten any better here!

Since the new management change I can say I completely disagree with the reviews below. The staff and management have been nothing but nice and knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with maintenance either. The Edge has been nothing short of a great experience.

The Edge has some of the worst service ever. My ac has broken 3 times this past month. The third time it broke was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't been able to get someone in here to fix it. I spoke with a manager finally 3 days ago and she said a part had to be ordered and didn't tell me when it would be in or when it would be fixed just that it would be "as soon as possible" and that she would "keep in touch" and keep us updated on the status. However, I have NOT heard back from her since. The maintenance man said it would be fixed over a week ago, but he has not communicated with us at all, and we didn't even find out a part had to be ordered until I spoke with the manager. There is no communication, and to be honest, I don't even think he ordered the part until three days ago when I showed up at the office again. So who knows when our AC will finally be fixed. But we always have issues with maintenance. Someone had to come out 3 times to fix our dryer which took over a month, our cable has been out since August (It is now January), it took a week for me to get a new mattress when I moved in after being told twice it would be replaced by the end of the day, and we had to wait almost 2 months to have doors replaced to our washroom area. Every time we have a maintenance issue, we have to put in several work orders and go down to the office before someone shows up and they usually have to come back several times before it's finally fixed correctly. I read reviews before moving in that said the maintenance is terrible, and it is. I'm getting really fed up with the lack of customer service here and the exhausting efforts it takes to get anything done.

Also, I have heard horror stories about cockroach and ant infestations, rapes in the parking lots, robberies, and countless other maintenance related complaints.

The management does not keep correct records-you will spend more energy paying your monthly rent (even with auto-pay) than you will moving your kid into the apt. Records are non-exsistent on their part and you will be hit with continuous charges and fees that you cannot control.
