        Flower Nook and Lake Nona Florist are the Same owner beware, ordered through Tele flora, the card said The Flower Nook but actually sent by Lake Nona Florist- get this they left roses outside in the 84-85 degree sun, no note left, got home late they didn't look good, called next day and said the owner will get back with you, no reply, called telflora what a nightmare, called on Monday to Lake Nona said they will send out a new order in a few days, still nothing this started on Friday and still till Thursday nothing, this is really BAD service beware they seem to be in business to take orders but not deliver, look up Teleflora and you will see how bad they are so it makes sense they use the Flower Nook and or Lake Nona Florist, I am joining the crowd of bad reviews,

        Absolutely horrible florist shop!! Do not give this place your time of day. Horrible customer service and the arrangement looked nothing like what was depicted in the picture. Please do yourself a favor and go to another floral shop or throw away your money for alot of greenery and very little flowers.

        Really, I wouldn't give this place a single star! Sent flowers to my parents today in memory of my brother's birthday. Ordered $90 orchid stems in a clear vase through a website that happened to use Flower Nook. My parents received a vase full of dried out stems with missing orchid petals. When I called the "manager" at this shop, he proceeded to tell me that my parents just must not have liked them and that they were LIARS...not once, not twice but at least 10 obnoxious times. I highly recommend that if you want beautiful arrangements with high customer service skills, look elsewhere because it is not at the Flower Nook

        THE SHOP HAVE A PARTICULAR TAKE CARE ON EACH COSTUMER, AND 3 ESPECIALIST DISIGNER FOR ALL OCATION FLOWERS NEED. PARTICULAR MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLOWER NOOK, WAS GRATE AND IAM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE,PRICE AND CUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.
