Most parents would agree that their child will experience some type injury while in school. We all expect that an accurate incident report will be provide. This was not the case with my child. My child experienced two incidence in the same week.



1st incident-When I picked up my child I was told by the front desk representative that she BELIEVED that my child was pushed by another student. However, she was not quite clear as to the set of events and the location. When I asked for the report from the teacher, she said that one was not completed. I could not believe that someone would not take the time to properly write up an incident report (this should be a part of their standard protocol). When I pressed for additional detail from the representative, she told me to give her a few minutes to write up the report. She wrote down a vague statement of what occurred (even though she was not present and was unclear of the events). She did not put the date or time on the report...yet requested that I sign the form. WOW........2nd incident (same week): arrived to the child care center to find that my child's lip was severely injured. Again, as a concerned parent, the question was asked...what happen. The same representative stated, she BELIEVED the child bump their lip on the table and again, the details were sketchy. I was not convinced that this occurred. The injury had to intel some type of force...not just a bump. When I became verbally outrage by the lack of attention or concerned provided to my child I was instructed to leave. The next morning, I decided to stop by and talk with the director about the series of events (she was not there); I was provided an incident report by another representative. The report stated that my child bump their lip on a table and ice was applied. on the parent signature line... the representative wrote, PARENT REFUSED TO SIGN. This was a lie! I was never provide an incident report to review nor was I provided the facts/ or series of events that lead up to the incident. It has been almost a week, and my child is still recovering from the incident. PARENTS PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Upon entering the school for a tour I noticed a child with soiled pants. The teachers just looked at her and did nothing to rectify the situation. The school has a funky smell and needs a MAJOR CLEANING!!!!!! One of the staff members had really long artificial nails, this to be is a breeding ground for bacteria. Although the playground is spacious and has fun equiptment it is directly on the road with no privacy fence. The classrooms are cluttered and dark and they too appear dirty. Some of the children had snot running into their mouths and again the staff ignored it. The food prepared looked flavorless and cheap. It in no way seemed nutricious and the children came in to eat off the playground and never washer their hands.

All things considered this was nasty and I would never send my child there no matter the price!

This is a situation in which you get what you pay for!
