        Overall

        This place sucks!!! There is an overriding sense that these people do not know what the heck they are doing .... they can't even provide adequate telephone service in patient rooms for incoming or outgoing calls. What would make anyone think that they can provide professional health care to people who are critically ill. I wouldn't let these people take care of my dog much less a loved one. There have to be better nursing care facilities in Orlando that this ridiculous place.

        Don't put your loved one here for any reason.
