If you're ever thinking about going to Tires Plus, don't! The mechanics here didn't just find out what was incorrect with my car due to previous poor work, they fixed the issue as well. Their service was very friendly and the issue was fixed promptly. Definitely recommended.

There are very far and few honest car repair shops out there. This one is one of those few.
I have a 1993 Mustang that needed transmission service and for the feel, and sound of it, I thought it would be needing a new or rebuilt unit. I had taken it previously to another shop and they hinted at it being a very expensive fix, without even looking at it!
The repairs weren’t anywhere as bad as I thought and the price was much, much better than what I had in mind (around $300 and change to a possible $1,500 or more elsewhere). The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of their trade. They are a bilingual speaking shop (Spanish), so that’s a plus. They are a bit outside the Orlando area towards Bithlo on HWY 50, but trust me it is worth the trip there. All their work is guaranteed for at least two years so you’ll have peace of mind with whatever work you happen get done there. Two thumbs up to this shop!

I would give them no stars if I could. THEY ARE NICE AND THEY WILL FOOL YOU. I PAID $600 FOR A REPAIR THAT LASTED 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! Then they completely refused any fault, wouldn't help or repair it again, and fought me to death about it. After they got my money they clearly just did not care whatsoever. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Upfront they were so nice and deceiving, then I got my car back and the second day back, the car broke down with the same exact problem leaving me stranded. They refused to work with me on anything, to say that I am upset doesn't even cover it. I am in school and I do not make a lot of money and they knew that going in. Refused to even touch my car to re-repair it or anything without and additional payment of over $1000. THIS IS A SCAM SHOP AND I BEG YOU TO PLEASE NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Do not waste your money, they will try to reel you in on cheap prices and it will only screw up your car in the long run. If I would have taken it to somewhere reputable I wouldn't be in this situation. I now have no car and am out all the money of the repairs, plus all the towing costs when I got stranded due to the fault of the shop.

Ok so, I hate to write a review so soon after a repair but so far so good. Just wanted to give Bob a shout and say thank you for such good service. I have brought my car in several times for repairs to Q.T. and I have found the prices and service to be outstanding. I have a 2005 Hyundai with over 130k miles on it. Even though the car was not delivered with the fastest turn around, I was given a discounted rate for my inconvenience and that was on top of a great price to begin with. I am very pleased with this shop and it is nice to have a repair shop with a focus on the customer so close by. Thanks Bob from CT I appreciate your flexibility and patience...glad to have you in the neighborhood! PS if my car breaks down in the next 48 hours I will be calling you because I know that sometimes things are too good to be true. Great work so far though! :D

Quality Transmission Repair turned a bad situation into a bearable one. My daughter and her family were in Orlando on vacation when the transmission in their car quit moving. They were able to rebuild the transmission in one full day, at a price that was reasonable, and my family made it back home to Georgia safely. The best part was that my daughter felt like a sitting duck, and Quality Transmission didn't try to take advntage of her position. 2000 miles later, the transmission is working great.
