They trick you answering things in the most uninformative way, so be careful, I will publish this in every page I find because they don't play fair. I lost $98 with them, here what happened: Hi all, I went to 10695 E. Colonial Drive Orlando, FL 32817. and buy a Cell phone for $198 that includes a "Six Month" Warranty I payed an additional 10%. Supposedly I could return the item before the warranty expires and they would use that $180 as part of payment to buy other things... The little problem is that the 6 month warranty does not last 6 months it lasts 5 something, so when I went 5 days before the 6 months, they didn't accepted me the cell phone for $198, they in a friendly way told if I want they can give me $100 for the cellphone. Also when I was there you can clearly see computers that in the label say they have some properties that when you get in the computer they aren't first I thought it was a mistake but I saw it in more than 1 computer .

This is the best pawn shop to go too. I have pawned my stuff several times and they were the best customer service people I know. My attendant is Rosie and you couldn't ask for a better person to help you. She is sweet, kind and caring. She goes out of her way to help you. Martha perez
