An award-winning scholar who earned her medical degree at Yonsei University School of Medicine in Korea, she completed two pediatric residencies at Arnold Palmer Hospital and Yonsei University, respectively, prior to returning to Yonsei University for her subspecialty training in pediatric neurology at Severance Children’s Hospital.
