Fence Direct

We finally had our fence installed. The saleman Rick was very good- but it then went downhill. When they installed the fence the installer left 1/4 fence unfinished. We called the next day and he finally showed up. After he left we saw the fence was not even, the poles not level and overall workmanship was poor. We called, it now took over 40 days for them to finish "correcting" the problem. The problem is somewhat corrected, but some poles are still out of level. We are not at all happy with the work and the customer relationship. I was not getting phone calls returned. There seem to be a "I dont care attitude." I would not go with thois company again, or recommend them. There still has not been a call to ask we are satisfied.

Starting with the sales rep ..he was very patient and knew his stuff. He explained all pros and cons.The office staff was very helpful and showed courtesy.The installers were polite , fast and very professional. My yard looks great!! I would be happy to recommend this company to my neighbors and friends .They were very helpful in obtaining the permit and helping submit necessary forms to HOA. Thanks FENCE DIRECT!! :)

Run away from this company! The installed broken and cracked slats (privacy?), the gate sagged/binded immediately making it difficult to open. They also left nails and screws protruding dangerously. The slats are now starting to pop off and the fence is 1 month old! I've called them 5 times and have been promised a repair. 5 times no show and no phone call. If you want pictures I have them just call or email me. Save yourself some grief and pick another fence company.
