        I believe honesty is best word I can use. When my trans.failed while under warranty I was 350 miles away from his shop.John payed a tow truck driver $650.00 to pick up my van an take to his shop. He did this because he told me he would take care of me if i had a problem while traveling to Michigan and than back to Florida.They repaired the transmission and i would rec. this repair shop to anyone.
