Sales rep never showed up for initial appointment, called me 4 hours later to reschedule, did not even apologize, claimed was helping the "crew' at a site job. Received another phone call the following day out of nowhere, "was in the neighborhood" wanted to know if he stop by, even requested pictures via text to provide a quote, really? Not even sure if I want to do any work with them - sloppy and unprofessional for customer service, is like they want to earn your business. Don't want to imagine their work once you're in a binding contract. Good luck

They NEVER showed up when they said they would. I paid them in good faith that they would finish the job after 90 percent completion and they NEVER came back even after multiple promises that they would "be back in the morning to finish". Not to mention the security light bulb they broke and didn't replace or even tell me they'd broken. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen him break it!
