Our technician, Rafael, came and fixed the A/C unit that is on the rooftop of our house. He worked late into the night by flashlight and he was up on the roof in the dark, which could not have been fun. But he got the job done and he was GREAT. Thank you American Air & Heat!

I've used American Air and Heating for several decades and have received satisfactory service. However this time my Tech. was Stephen Chaplin. He explained every thing he was doing . I was especially interested in the furnace since it is gas. He not only explained what he was doing, but actually shows me. He was very detailed oriented and if readings were off he explained what the cause was and whether it could be corrected or not. He was probably the best Tech I have had the pleasure of servicing my equipment and I have had some really good Tehs . Stephen was Exceptional and did an outstanding job. Thomas K. Krapf

Our experience with David was very positive. Options were well presented and explained. The installation procedure went well and in a timely manner. Follow up after installation for minor thermostat adjustments was effective. Overall service from beginning to end was very professional. Take a day off for a scheduled repair they call me one hour before scheduled time to reschedule. So do not be like me and take your chances with this co. You will be left with no a.c.

I've used them for over 10 years, bought 2 new units, electronic air cleaners (3), ultra violet air purification (3), had their routine maintenance numerous times. In the past few visits I've noticed a strong "upsell" mentality. Today I had a service call $90 plus $143 for a drain clean. Took the tech 20 minutes. That is an outrageous price. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on.
