Accurate Pavers Landscape

I wish I would have read all of the complaints against this company from the Better Business Bureau before I hired them. I was very surprised when I saw my credit card had been charged because I have not given my authorization. Our contract stated that credit card would be charged when job was completed. The credit card was charged on 1/11/18 but they still haven't finished the work (it's 2/2/18). It's been a nightmare trying to get them to finish their job. Rodney keeps on promising it will be done by next week, but next week comes and it is still not done. It's very disappointing.

Very questionable communications. Prior to doing the work, the phone was either answered or calls returned quickly. After the work, the owner did not, even once, return my calls. I ended up having to leave a message that I was disputing the charge to my credit card because one side of the pavers had sand borders instead of concrete as specified in the proposal/agreement. After a few days a couple of workers showed up with two more pallets of paving stones which they were ready to lay for me. After explaining all I needed was one border enclosed in concrete, they did the work without any problems. I have no problem with quality of work. The workers were professionsl. I did, though, have a problem with the communications and would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone I knew.

Horrible...do not hire them! They damaged our property without telling us and took no accountability for their actions or even returning our calls!

Accurate Pavers & Landscaping, Inc's service was horrible and substandard.



We contracted them to do our landscaping and install our vinyl fence. From the very start, we had nothing but problems with them.



First, during their landscaping, they broke three water sprinkler pipes and they did not notify us of the damage. The only reason why they repaired the water sprinklers was because we noticed that they were broken and notified them about the problem.



Second, their landscaping service was overall horrible and sloppy. They had to come back about 4-5 times to rectify plants that they left unplanted, patches of ground left without grass coverings, trees and shrubs not cut. I felt I was a contractor inspector.



Third, in installing our vinyl fence, their standards of practice for vinyl fence installation were not industry standard. They placed the concrete powder into the fence post holes with the fence post in and then poured the water into the fence post hole with the fence post in it.



This is as opposed to the industry standard of mixing the concrete powder with the water and then pouring the wet concrete in the fence post hole with the fence post.



In addition, the fence posts and fence were not straight with reference to the ground. Instead they were leaning to the side. I also noticed that the installers were using a one-foot leveler instead of a larger leveler as the industry uses when lining and straightening up fence posts.



They also did not put silicon-based caulk sealers in the fence post headers.



I told the supervisor that I needed to see him in person at my residence to show him all of these deficiencies. He was very unprofessional over the phone and he was reluctant to come until I told him that I would not pay him until I saw him in person.



When he came to the house, his unprofessionalism became more evident as he refused to acknowledge the blatant deficiencies I pointed out to him. He even disrespectfully remarked, "Are these the things that you are bitching about?"



The installers came back out to fix the deficiencies causing wasted time away from my job and daily duties.

Talk about customer service and business professionalism, I have never seen such absence of it!!!



I would definitely not recommend these group of amateur, incompetent, unprofessional group of contractors to do your landscaping and install your fence. They should have their license revoked immediately and not be allow to provide landscaping, fencing or any type of residential services.
