        In the past most of my experiences with service calls for home appliances from different companies have been mixed. Recently I had a leak in the front area of my Kenmore washer and called out Jim's Appliance Service which is a family owned business. I was very apprehensive on what this is was going to cost me so I did a lot of research on Youtube to get an idea of what might be involved with the repair. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised with Jim's Appliance service.
        The service man was direct, honest and thorough in his explanation of the repair needed and with out of doubt reasonably priced. He was also very organized and careful not to create a mess while working on the washer. I would highly recommend them to any of my family members and or friends!
