Arctic Circle

Good experience all around. Friendly service from a place that seems more "local" than "national franchise." The shakes have always been good, but the wife sends me out on cold winter evenings to bring home the fries. The burgers are more than a slice of beef with a spot of ketchup. They drag it through the garden for veggies and condiments. I like the place. Think I'll become a regular.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered for my children and myself. I asked if the chicken strips combo came with fries and a drink. I was told it did. I said good thanks. Turns out the cashier didn't "hit the right button" and I had to go back outside and find my reciept to prove my purchase. I was told that I had ordered wrong (with the cashier sitting right there.) and that I would need to pay for another fry. Which I thought I had already paid for. When I said I would never return was the only apology I recieved. They were very inconsiderate. By the time I got back outside to my kids my food was cold and not even worth eating. What a waste of money and time. There are lots of fast food choices in this area take my advice and go somewhere else
