There has never been a time that I have gone in there that I have been treated rudely. In fact, the employees are more than nice. Someone didn't get a job she wanted and decided to be anonymous. There's a reason for that.

Owners and the manager Amber are very rude and will curse at you and tell lies about you if you complain about the customer service and the rude service. The owners have been nothing but nasty and rude every time I have met them and Amber cursed at my husband and told him he wouldn't serve him because he likes a different team then she did. Very unprofessional and rude. I can not believe that these people are part of the Biggby franchise.
