Ordering over the phone for a to go? Think twice. First, the order doesn't' get written down; even though confirmed, it is only kept in their head's. What does this mean? No order exists. How do you know? When you arrive to pick up the order, you're looked at as if you're crazy for suggestion that your there for a pick up. Why, you ask? The ticket's nowhere to be found..as the lady who took the call walks past confirming her memory of said order. What supports this claim? Sitting on a bench by the entry for 10m waiting for an order that was called in 15-20m ago. Do they believe they're fooling the public with this technique? Yes. Are they fooling us? No. Was the waitress's memory more effective then pen to paper? No. Did she use an ethical manner (common social skill used when working with public) when confronted with the dilemma that the order was incorrect? No. Instead of offering to correct the order, she threatened to correct the order. Feeling awkward about her behavior, I left.
