        Laurel Baye Difference Laurel Baye Healthcare was founded in 1998 and is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Laurel Baye Healthcare owns and operates skilled nursing facilities in Georgia and South Carolina. Our services include complex nursing care, long-term care services, and short-term rehabilitation services in quality environments. Laurel Baye Healthcare is a member of the South Carolina and Georgia Healthcare Associations as well as the American Healthcare Association. We support the long-term care profession and the organizations that support and represent resident rights to the government and regulatory organization in this country.         Poor Care

        There are no activities available for the residents. The activities that are available do not provide stimulation for them. Residents are not being bathed as they should. Residents have been called lazy to their face which is emotional abuse. I have seen residents cry and get very upset becasue they require extra care and is not receiving it. The CNA's and LPN's take to many cigarette breaks. Residents sit for hours with dirty diapers on when they have already asked to be changed. The CNA's are not properly trained and appear to need someone to follow behind them to make sure that they are doing their job because they will not. I would never recommend this nursing home.
